     LED energy-saving display screen needs to adopt the latest international design concept, taking into account the cost and other factors, from the display screen electronic technology, computer technology, electrical technology, optical technology, green environmental protection to reduce light pollution and low power consumption and other international cutting-edge engineering technology system engineering integration application to carry out low power consumption of LED display screen.      Because the normal working voltage of the LED display only needs 3.8V, the excess 1.2V voltage will be consumed by the row drive IC, which will increase the working temperature by 15-35%, and reduce the service life. At the same time, these heat is transmitted to the lamp through the PCB board, which makes the temperature of the screen lamp tube rise accordingly, thus speeding up the lamp tube failure time of the display screen in use. Through the practice test of cold and hot shock test and high and low temperature cycle test, we proved that the reliability and stability of LED display screen can be improved by using 4.5V power supply.
